Learning groups

 

Immerse yourself in an environment that creates space for deep, constructive engagement with a diverse set of peers from leading organizations. You'll forge powerful connections and gain valuable perspectives in our intimate learning groups. These smaller groups within your program cohort will transform into a personal board of advisors during the program and beyond.

 

Executive coaching

 

Work individually with a professional HBS Executive Coach to reach personal goals and address professional challenges. In addition to your one-on-one sessions, your executive coach will work with you and your learning group to facilitate effective collaboration and provide insights into the practice of teaming. All individual sessions with your executive coach are completely confidential.

 

Personal strategy statement, action plan, and business case

 

You will engage in multiple projects designed to apply your new skills to solving a fundamental challenge facing you and your organization. This exercise will improve your communication with peers, help you create a strategy for driving innovation, and prepare you for roadblocks that may arise.

The General Management Program requires just seven weeks away from the office over the course of four months. You will alternate between full-time, rigorous modules and part-time, self-paced modules that provide the opportunity to apply new insights at work. Through this proven "learn-apply-refine" approach, you can prepare for the challenges and opportunities ahead while moving forward in your current role.

To offer flexibility to executives around the world, live online sessions in Module 2 will follow a global-friendly schedule.

For nearly 60 years, the Yeshiva Toras Yisrael Foundation has been facilitating critical funding for the work of Diaspora Yeshiva Toras Yisrael on Mount Zion, Jerusalem, the original yeshiva for ba’alei teshuvah, embracing those seeking to return to HaShem and His Torah in accordance with the teachings of the Sages of Israel, and believing in and cultivating their potential to become Torah scholars.
